About the Speaker:
Kristen Kurtz is a former AHMP scholarship winner. Kristen graduated Magna Cum Laude from the College of Saint Elizabeth with a double major in Chemistry and Food and Nutritional Science. She currently works as an Associate Food Scientist at Pinnacle Foods in Parsippany NJ working on flavor enhancers. Kristen will be discussing the importance of productivity in the food industry and tricking your taste buds with an exciting food trend.
