              ·         Complaint 002-2022, the subject was found in violation of N.J.A.C. 7:26I-6.8(c) in two instances. February 2023 o    Complaint 014-2021, the subject was found in violation of N.J.A.C. 7:26I-6.3(a). o    In the matter of the LSRP License Renewal Application, the Board found the subject  LSRPs  guilty plea to the crime of indecent exposure under §3127 of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes (18 Pa. C. S. §3127) is a guilty plea to a crime involving moral turpitude under N.J.S.A. 58:10C-7.d(6) of the Site Remediation Reform Act as amended in 2019.  The Board authorized the Licensure Committee to work with Counsel to develop a recommendation on what action the Board may take regarding the license renewal under all applicable laws and regulations. March 2023
