ABOUT THE SPEAKER Ronald J. Stokes, Principal, RJS Regulatory Compliance, LLC has a total of over 25 years of experience providing expert level Hazmat regulatory advice and guidance on domestic and international regulations.
His most recent work has been performing consulting and auditing services in the Charlotte, NC and Northern NJ areas.
His prior position as Hazardous Materials Regulatory Advisor ExxonMobil Chemical covered all modes of transport for over 21 years on domestic and international regulations including MARPOL Annex I and II.
