OSHA Training from the NNJFS&H Council

The Northern NJ Federal Safety & Health (NNJFS&H) Council, in partnership with the Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development and the Atlantic OSHA Training Center will be conducting three OSHA training programs:

  • OSHA 10 Hour General Industry  (2 day course) - October 2nd and 9th, 2012;
  • OSHA 10 Hour Construction (2 day course)  – October 4th and 11th, 2012;
  • OSHA 7600 – Disaster Site Worker (3 day course) – October 19th, 26th and November 2nd, 2012;

All three training programs will be held at the PSE&G Conference Center, 234 Pierson Ave, Edison, NJ between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.

There is parking and a cafeteria on site.


The cost for the OSHA 10 Hour General Industry program and the OSHA 10 Hour Construction program is $5.00 per course, per person. There is no charge for the OSHA 7600 – Disaster Site Worker program, however, to sit for the Disaster Site Worker course, you must have either an OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 hour card.


If you wish to register, please e-mail  lento.lou@dol.gov   Include which course you wish to enroll in and the name of your organization. No problem if you are not currently employed.
